The first in the series of 2015-2016 newsletters from OTRU’s Knowledge and Evaluation Support Team provides a summary of activities and project progress this year. Project highlights in this issue include: plans to evaluate TO2015 Smoke-Free Games Policy of the 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Games, a rapid literature review to understand what strategies and interventions work best for young adult smoking prevention, and evaluation plans for the Niagara Pharmacy Pilot Program which combines proactive behavioural counselling and distribution of no-cost NRT through community pharmacies.
