This report presents a formative evaluation of Making Aboriginal Kids Walk Away (From Tobacco Abuse) (MAKWA), an Aboriginal Youth Action Alliance (YAA) located off-reserve. The primary focus of the evaluation was to understand how to establish and operate an Aboriginal off-reserve youth engagement initiative.
